MPA’s approach to project management and installation includes the determination and assignment of key personnel, including staff within the client’s organization, outside PM staff or a combination thereof. Our goal is to provide the most cost-efficient and timely installation to minimize downtime and maximize ROI.
Experienced mechanical, electrical, controls and software engineers, in conjunction with our recommended Installation Plan, provide on-site training and start-up service for all projects. Acceptance tests are conducted to verify that the system performs as required.
